What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is India’s traditional system of medicine that focuses on the mind-body connection. Following daily and seasonal routines allow us to reduce stress and improve our quality of life mentally, physically, and spiritually. We are each born with a unique mind-body constitution. When we are out of harmony with our true selves, we experience mental and physical dis-ease. With Ayurveda, we can quiet the mind, cleanse the body, and get back to living our best life.

How I Can Help

Using ancient Ayurvedic techniques, I can address problems with your mind, body, and spiritual health. If you have joint and muscle pain, too much stress, poor digestion, or lack energy we can work together to address your imbalances and get to the root cause. I can also address issues related to women’s health, weight loss, and skin health. I will create an individualized treatment plan with diet and lifestyle recommendations along with herbal and yoga therapies.

We live in a fast-paced world. Creating profound change takes time, but your health and happiness are worth it. Remember to be patient with yourself and the process. When we meet for a consultation, I will review your current diet/lifestyle habits and your health history along with a tongue and pulse examination.
